Of course, self-love is a beautiful, essential thing....and we aren't getting rid of it! But it ALSO allows you to H I D E more than fully *liking* yourself does. Self-love can hold your unhelpful patterns and 'bad' habits with compassion, but asking yourself if you LIKE yourself...who you are, what you do & how you do it in your business, artistic practice & life can reveal MORE & direct you to what needs to adjust, pronto.
Focusing on liking yourself (and addressing anything that gets in the way of that) compels you to action in a different way. It opens you up to make the changes that the most aligned, giddy, badass, in LIKE with yourself version of you is so down with and genuinely excited by.
