My name is Kerri Van Kirk- some people know me as KAYLO. As an artist, I’m a singer/songwriter, poet, podcaster and storyteller.

As a human, I’m a truth-seeker, mystic, wife, and New Yorker by way of North Carolina.

As a Universal Health Principles™ (UHP) practitioner and Human Design Guide, I help creative women experience more ease, flow and expansion in their lives.

And finally, as a creativity coach, I help ambitious, spiritually (and politically!) minded women take action and complete the creative projects of their dreams.

A few testimonials…

UHP is difficult to describe but elemental to experience. Usually cathartic, always clarifying, my sessions with Kerri have had an almost magical effect — one of unifying mind, body, and spirit; developing trust in intuition; and imagining and actualizing a free, un-fearful expression of self. Kerri acts as both guide and witness, creating safe space for catharsis and growth. This practice is a wonder.

Working with Kerri was a moving and powerful experience. I didn’t know what to expect, and Kerri put me at ease right away. I trusted her completely with the experience. I was surprisingly moved during the session, with Kerri tapping into parts of my life and way of moving through the world were so accurate, and brought those into crystalized form for me to address.

I am more peaceful now. I also see a way to move forward with new ideas and insights into how my future can be different. I don’t need to be stuck in my old patterns, and Kerri helped me see this.

I knew little to nothing about what I was in for walking into a Human Design session with Kerri. While I explained my current mind state and life situation, Kerri listened and responded in a very thoughtful and concise manner. From the get go, being in this comfortable environment with her allowed me to talk freely and at ease. Throughout the session, Kerri shone light on and brought up many points and areas of my life that had surfaced before but I had never known quite what to make of them. It was so interesting to hear Kerri’s analysis of my centers - all of which were spot on. Even from one session with Kerri, I walked away feeling significantly lighter with a valuable set of tools and sense of clarity to carry forwards into my day to day life. Highly recommended!

Kerri’s power lies in her exquisite grace and serenity. What’s most impressive to me is her non-dualistic approach: she offers methods that allow for both flow and structure - i.e. gentle allowing/surrendering and at the same time, structuring and planning. Her tools unite body/mind, feminine/masculine with creative practices that encourage wholeness, authenticity, inspiration and joy. The result of her techniques might best be described as “flowing structures” or “playful discipline” which produce optimal conditions that allow for creativity to flourish.

I truly cherish the work I’ve been doing with Kerri and it is a privilege to be working with her. She brings great depth, intuition and compassion to each session. I consider Kerri my creative midwife helping me birth the artist that has always been inside me but feels too afraid to come out.

I recently had a UHP session with Kerri that was so healing and transformative for where I am currently in my life. UHP was a new healing modality for me at the time and I was unsure of what to expect. The session ended up being exactly what I needed in that exact moment and made me realize how many things I had running around my subconscious mind. Things came up I didn’t even realize needed a healing. I left the session feeling lighter and inspired. Kerri was very informative, sweet and easy to work with. She has such kind heart and spirit about her.
